Feeling Stressed

I'll admit it. I'm super stressed. At the end of August we were asked to take in 4 horses and we said yes. It's been a month of trying to juggle my crazy schedule to get these horses home. The problem, one will NOT load.


I've tried everything. I put a call out last week to a friend trainer but because of her schedule and the weather, she had to bail. So now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to lead her home. It's a 20 mile walk. The weather is not cooperating.


But my plan is to walk her home on Saturday, rain or shine. I just hope it works. I've been sick over it and just dont' know what to do otherwise. She needs off the property as the water has been shut off (there's a stock dam) and will be sold soon.


I've only lead two horses home once and they were only a half a mile away on roads I knew. I'll be walking a horse home that I dont' know on roads I don't know. So yeah, feeling stressed.
