Happy New Year 2011

I can't believe that it's already 2011. I've read a few blogs that said 2010 was a tough year. In some aspects it was a very tough year but in others it was the greatest. But then again, I'm rather biased.

Now that the new year is here, I have to remember everyone's new age and get it ingrained in my head. That way when people ask, I can rattle off the ages without even thinking. :-)

I hope 2011 will see new members of the family and no losses. We've had at least one loss a year since 2007. I guess that's the price we pay for being a sanctuary/retirement home.

My horse goals this year are to:

1. Ride more (to promote rescue)
2. Really get the sanctuary/retirement home up and running
3. As a blogger, to post more pictures.
